MODEL S300 Fully Supported Centre Strut Suspended Backstop
The Centre Strut style Backstop is engineered to meet the latest regulations of basketball. The centre strut is fabricated from 5" dia. heavy wall steel tubing, reinforced with 2 3/8" diagonal sway braces. All stress applied to the goal is transferred to the centre strut reducing Glass Board fatigue. The support hangers are offset from centre, utilizing the weight of the unit to lock the backstop into playing position.
Model S300 shall be suspended from two horizontal pipes attached to roof structure by heavy duty clamps. Necessary bridging to be supplied and installed by structural contractor. The S300 Backstop is used where style is important.
Supplied complete with regulation backboard, goal, no-tie net, and 40:1 ratio worm and gear Safety Winch as minimum equipment.

MODEL S302 Ceiling Suspended Backstop
Most versatile model of Ceiling Suspended Backstop. Used in front of stages, mezzanines and windows, and over bleachers.
SPECIFICATIONS: Model S302 shall be suspended from two horizontal pipes in parallel, and attached to the roof structure by heavy duty clamps. All Backstop Framing shall be of 2" (50mm) square tubing. Finish shall be to specifications. Backstop comes complete with 40:1 Winch and steel fan-shaped Backboard. Optional equipment can be substituted. This unit can be equipped with an S340 height adjustable frame and electric winch as shown in the photo. (Model S384)

MODEL S330 Wall Mounted Swing-Up Backstop
SPECIFICATIONS: Model S330 consists of four 2" (50mm) square extension tubes with formed steel offset hinges. Backstop shall be suspended by two 1/4" (6mm) cables, and raised to folded position by worm and gear safety winch, which shall be positioned away from under the unit for safety. Unit comes complete with regulation Backboard, Goal and No-tie Net. Wall bolt anchors shall be installed by general contractor. This unit is used where backstop extension conflicts with game lines. Available in sizes from 3'0" to 8'0". Can be equipped with an S340 Height Adjustable Frame. This unit can also be equipped with electric winch.

MODEL S332 Fixed Wall Mounted Backstop
SPECIFICATIONS: Available from 3'0" (914mm) to 8'0" (2438mm) extension. Model S332 consists of four 2" (50mm) Square extension tubes supported by two 1/4" (6mm) guide wires. Unit comes complete with Regulation Backboard, Goal, and No-tie Net. Wall Bolt Anchors shall be installed by general contractor.

MODEL S337 Wall Mounted Side - Swing Backstop
SPECIFICATIONS: Model S337 is used where extension is over 4'0" (1200mm) or where a heavy backboard is required. Model S337 consists of four 2" (50mm) square extension tubes plus two 1 1/2" (38mm) square diagonal braces, a spring loaded locking mechanism and four formed steel hinges. Wall Bolt Anchors shall be installed by general contractor.
Unit comes complete with regulation Backboard, Goal and No-tie Net.

MODEL S338 Wall Mounted Practice Backstop
SPECIFICATIONS: Model S338 consists of four 2" (50mm) square extension tubes; welded to 2"x 4" (50 x 100mm) steel wall stringers.
Comes complete with regulation Backboard, Goal and No-tie Net. Wall bolt anchors shall be installed by general contractor.

MODEL S340 Height Adjustable Wall Mounted Practice Backstop
SPECIFICATIONS: Model S340 consists of four 2" (50mm) square extension tubes and 1.9" (49mm) slide tubes. Unit comes complete with regulation Backboard, Goal and No-tie Net.

MODEL S340C Height Adjustable Frame
SPECIFICATIONS: The Model S340C height adjustable frame can be fitted as an added feature to all basketball units. With the turn of the winch handle the hoop can be lowered or raised from 8’0" to 10'0''. This unit is compatible with all Sheridan basketball units.
